All slots are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the cap is reached, the portal closes, and only those with prior <\/span><a rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.crypto-news-flash.com\/what-are-onchain-and-offchain-in-crypto\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">on-chain<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> activity can participate.
